As we expected last month, we finally saw some rain! I hope you were all prepared with your windshield wipers working well and the rain did not catch you by surprise.
I want to tell you another thing that happened in my family. My mom, who does not know anything about cars, was driving from the store in Lake Havasu to her home in Topock. She made one stop at the donut shop to buy her favorite Bavarian cream donut. When she went back to her car, she could not start it. She tried several times and nothing. She asked a couple of people if they had jump start cables, but no one did. She could not call her husband because he was traveling on business, and I was out of town. She doesn't like driving at night, and it was getting darker, so she remembered a gift I gave her - a portable battery charger! She looked in the trunk and there it was, so easy to use!
She made it home safe that night and then she came to Auto Zone as soon as I came back to town and took advantage of the free battery services we have as testing and installation of the new battery she bought. She also told me what a peace of mind it was to have that portable battery charger inside her car!

Living in Topock AZ has definitely shown me and put me through some
memorable experiences, especially when it's pertaining to my vehicle and seasons that we can face out here in the desert.
Whether it's 120 degrees, monsoons, flash floods, or windy sandstorms,
living in Topock, I drive through and face some unexpected weather while commuting in my car. Have you ever been driving and you see
